Dr. Will Buchholtz started at Family Dental Practice in 2013. Since graduating dental school, Dr. Will loves to travel with his wife, Amy. To date, his favorite trips have been to South America, Hawaii, Dubai, and a mission trip to Guatemala. His advice for others who want to travel is to make the time and try traveling somewhere outside their comfort zone.
Dr. Will and Amy’s family includes a mini poodle, Tiffy. He loves to stay active and keep life exciting. Dr. Will says, “Life is short, so I always strive to see the glass half full!”
Dr. Will earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science and went on to the dental Scholar Program at Marquette University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, graduating magna cum laude. He also completed a Fellowship and Mastership with the International Implant Association for advanced implant placement. Additionally, he has had extensive training in oral surgery and orthodontic procedure with the American Orthodontic Society. He has also received advanced training in bone grafting and sinus lifts.

Dr. Kyle Garro has been an owner at Family Dental Practice since 2015. The things he loves most are his family, staying healthy by bicycling, woodworking projects around his home, and trying out new restaurants.
Dr. Kyle has been bicycling for more than 20 years, and the Glacier National Trail is one of his favorite spots. He recommends anyone who enjoys bicycling get a bike and find a group to start riding with. Dr. Kyle also recently invested in some new tools and started doing home improvement projects, which has become something he really enjoys: “it helps take me away from the craziness of our days.”
Dr. Kyle is married with three young kids and two dogs. He loves going home to his family at the end of a day of work, and says, “Hang with your kids any chance you get. Find a new restaurant, go out of your comfort zone.”
Dr. Garro completed both his undergraduate degree and his dental training at Marquette University. He is currently undergoing advanced training in implant placement and orthodontics. He is a big believer in educating his patients and strives to build relationships with his patients based on trust and communication. Kristina has been with the practice since 2001, when she graduated from Madison College with her Associate degree in Dental Hygiene. She lives in Helenville with her husband and four children, who she loves to spend time with.
She enjoys scrapbooking, four-wheeling, movies, and running.
Nikki has been with Family Dental Practice since 2013. She has a husband, two kids, and a lazy dog. They all enjoy spending time together. When she isn’t running her kids back and forth to their sports activities, she loves working out, and running. She also loves to work outside in her yard, and the whole family joins in. Her husband plays in a band, and she will occasionally go see them play.
Dionne grew up in Hartford and has been a dedicated part of Family Dental Practice for more than two decades making her one of the more familiar and comforting faces around the office. She values the relationships she builds with her patients and enjoys working alongside her amazing team.
In her spare time, Dionne enjoys walking her dog, Ruby, and spending time with her family. She is married with three children, and her kids are her pride and joy, always bringing a smile to her face.
Ashley hails from Watertown and earned her degree from Madison Area Technical College. With more than a decade of dental hygiene experience, she joined the Family Dental Practice team in 2024. She is passionate about providing exceptional dental care and educating her patients on maintaining their oral health.
When Ashley is not working, she enjoys gardening, fishing, and spending time with her family – especially during the summer. Raised on a farm in Watertown, she still holds those rural roots close to her heart. Ashley loves spending time with her husband, their three boys, two dogs, and a bunny.
Originally from Monroe, Natasha has been working in the dental field for almost two decades. She joined Family Dental Practice in 2024 and loves building relationships with her patients, ensuring they leave the office with healthier smiles.
Natasha enjoys raising beef cattle, visiting wineries, golfing, and traveling to warm destinations. She’s married with one son, and they own a beef farm, where her Scottish Highland cows, Beatrice and Winona, roam. Natasha’s family and friends keep her smiling and happy.
Kiara grew up in Watertown and graduated from Watertown High School. She’s been a part of the dental profession since 2023 and joined Family Dental Practice in September 2024. Kiara enjoys interacting with patients and ensuring they always feel comfortable during their visits.
Outside of work, Kiara loves spending time with animals, family, and friends. She’s the middle child of four siblings and always finds joy in her loved ones, who make her smile daily.
Hailey grew up in Watertown and has been in the dental field since 2020. She joined Family Dental Practice in 2024 and enjoys assisting in keeping people healthy and ensuring they have a positive dental experience.
When not working, Hailey enjoys hiking, cooking, baking, and spending time at home with her boyfriend and their two cats, Goose and Chili. Knowing she helped her patients feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment make her smile, and she takes pride in her role at the office.
Jess is from Janesville and began her journey in the dental profession in 2023 when she joined the Family Dental Practice team. She loves being able to care for patients and make a positive impact on their dental health.
Jess loves photography, hiking, camping, and visiting national parks in her spare time. She’s close with her family, including her three sisters. Seeing other people happy always brings a smile to her face, and she’s happy to be part of the dental team.
Sam grew up in Wisconsin and has been in the dental profession since 2019. She joined Family Dental Practice in 2024 and enjoys the variety of procedures she gets to be a part of each day.
Sam loves music and playing the piano in her spare time. She has one sister and a beloved cat. Making patients happy with their treatment results brings Sam the greatest joy and makes her smile.
Arely grew up in Watertown and graduated from Watertown High School. With a decade of experience in the dental profession, she joined Family Dental Practice in 2022. Arely finds joy in witnessing the transformation in her patients, especially when they can’t believe their new smiles.
Outside of work, Arely enjoys hiking, crafting, walking, and spending quality time with her family. She is married with three children—two girls and a boy—and has a dog named Cici. What makes Arely smile most is seeing the confidence a patient gains after completing their treatment.
Yocelin is a Watertown native and graduated from Watertown High School. A newcomer to the dental profession, she has been with Family Dental Practice since early 2024. She loves helping patients achieve optimal oral health and confident smiles.
Outside of work, Yocelin enjoys going to the gym, cooking, shopping, and exploring new places. She feels fortunate to work alongside a supportive and friendly team that always makes her smile.
Kim grew up in Watertown and graduated from Watertown High School. With an impressive 26 years of experience in the dental field, she has been with Family Dental Practice for the past four years. She finds fulfillment in helping patients improve their smiles.
In her free time, Kim enjoys hiking and socializing. She is married with three children and her grandchildren bring her endless joy. Helping patients and seeing their satisfaction, makes Kim smile.
Sheila was born and raised in Iowa and graduated from Marshalltown high school and Marshalltown Community College. She has been in the dental field for almost two decades, with several of those years at Family Dental Practice. Sheila loves educating patients and cherishes the relationships she’s built with her coworkers.
In her free time, Sheila enjoys working out, walking, baking, and watching TV. She is married with two daughters and is the proud owner of three cats—though she jokes they’re free for the taking! Sheila’s family is her biggest source of happiness and what makes her smile every day.
Nikii was born in Watertown and moved to Three Lakes before returning to Watertown at age 16. She graduated from Watertown High School in 2005 and has been a dental assistant for over a decade, spending half of those at Family Dental Practice. Nikii loves creating beautiful smiles and helping patients feel confident.
Outside of work, Nikii enjoys shopping, watching her kids play sports, spending time with family, and attending concerts. Married for over a decade, she has three children and two dogs, and family time is what makes her smile the most.
Sara grew up in Cambridge and earned her degree from UW Whitewater. With a decade of dental experience, she has been the practice manager at Family Dental Practice since 2023. Sara enjoys educating patients and helping them feel confident in their dental care.
In her free time, she enjoys sewing, cooking, and keeping up with her two children, who are active in sports. Sara’s family is her world, and spending time with them always puts a smile on her face.
Julie joined the Family Dental Practice team in 2009. She loves to play golf 2-3 times a week with family and friends and has been golfing for over 30 years. Julie also enjoys spending time with her family—she has three adult children and two grandchildren.
Julie’s daughters are also successful golfers, and Julie enjoys watching her son play baseball—his team, the Neosho Rockets, won the Rock River League Championships a couple of years ago. She is also very proud of what her granddaughters can do athletically and says they are “amazing little girls”.
Kris grew up in Watertown, Wisconsin, and graduated from Johnson Creek High School. She has worked in the dental profession for almost two decades—all of them with Family Dental Practice. Helping patients regain their smiles is her favorite part of the job.
When she’s not at work, Kris loves crafting, riding motorcycles with friends, and enjoying the outdoors. She is married to Tim and has a married daughter, Alyssa, and a cat named Harley. Helping others and seeing their joy brings a smile to Kris’s face.
Andrea grew up in Elkhorn and pursued her studies at Wisconsin Dental Assistant School in Oconomowoc. Although she’s fairly new to the dental field, she’s quickly fallen in love with her role at the office, where she enjoys working with people and helping them maintain their smiles.
Outside of work, you’ll often find her enjoying the outdoors — on a motorcycle ride as a passenger or cheering on her kids at their sporting events. Andrea is a proud mother of two — a son and a daughter — and you’ll always find a smile on her face when she knows other people around her are happy.
Carmen grew up in Watertown and graduated from Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree. She has been a part of the dental profession since 2019 and joined Family Dental Practice in 2023. Carmen loves helping patients navigate their insurance, ensuring they receive the treatment they need.
In her free time, Carmen enjoys walking, biking, camping, reading, and listening to podcasts. She spends a lot of time adventuring with her son, Edison, and their dog, Jade. Her family, including her husband Kyle, is her world, and her son always brings a smile to her face.
Patti is a lifelong Watertown resident and has spent three decades in the dental field. She joined Family Dental Practice in early 2024 and loves interacting with patients and making their experience in the office as smooth as possible.
